For All Buildings built prior to 2002, a Wind Mitigation Report will be needed to correctly quote an HO6 policy with any credits for the building's Wind Mitigation features, including ROOF COVERING, ROOF DECK ATTACHMENT, ROOF-TO-WALL ATTACHMENT, ROOF SHAPE and OPENING PROTECTION (SHUTTERS).
