B) PRIOR LOSSES (at any owned location)
  • WITHIN THE PAST 5 YEARS​
    • No WATER DAMAGE, DOG BITES, or THEFT losses
    • 1 Loss (other than above) for less than $10,000 is acceptable
  • ANY TIME
    • 1 FIRE, WATER DAMAGE, DOG BITE, THEFT loss older than 5 years is acceptable
    • No LAWSUITS against Home/Auto insurance carriers
